SingleThread Table Knife Double Dyed Burl
Our table knives were designed in collaboration with Chef Kyle Connaughton for protein-based courses presented to guests dining at Three Michelin Star restaurant SingleThread in Healdsburg, California.
The blades
These knives are made with high performance nitro-v stainless steel. We love this choice for table knives because you get a useful combo of performance and corrosion resistance. The blades also feature tip-to-tail distal tapers.
At the table
We craft our table knives to feel comfortable in hand to effortlessly elevate your dining experience.
