Double End Hashi
Our Handmade Double End Hashi are expertly hand-planed from reclaimed wood, a reflection of our commitment of craftsmanship, deep respect for nature, and cultivating community with one-of-a-kind culinary tools.
We’ve planed and sanded each set to ensure smooth, polished surfaces that are a joy to use.
Hyperlocal reclaimed wood
Each set of Hashi (commonly referred to as chopsticks) is made with wood we have intentionally repurposed from old structures like barns and fences, and often from wood scraps we’re determined not to throw away. In fact, a big batch of our Ipe hardwood used to craft our Hashi is reclaimed from a demoed structure at SingleThread Farm.
