This knife is hand-forged from one of our favorite steel combos, 26c3 spicy white high carbon core with stainless steel cladding. We love it because you get the performance of a high carbon steel with the protection of stainless steel. We laminate and forge the steel in our Healdsburg California shop.

The handle
The steel is paired with a wa handle crafted from an exceptional, highly figured Sonoma County buckeye burl.
